Due to increased claims costs and the high cost of excess insurance, the rates for our Special Events Program have also increased ~ but just slightly.
Copies of the new blue rate card, effective January 1, 2008, along with the revised Special Events Program brochure have been mailed to all California fairs. (For additional copies of either the rate card or the brochure, please contact Lianne Lewellen at llewellen@cfsa.org.)
Special Events coverage
is offered through California Fair Services Authority (CFSA), and
is issued by individual fairs as a service to event promoters and
facility renters.
Event promoters and facility renters should contact the fair for
more information regarding Special Events coverage and to purchase the coverage. Fairs with coverage
questions should contact Lianne
Lewellen.
