On December 7, 2011, CFSA's board of directors voted unanimously to continue providing administrative services to California Fairs Financing Authority (CFFA), formerly known as California Construction Authority (CCA). As was announced last July (2011) CFFA is now working from within CFSA's Construction Department.
The new contract between CFFA and CFSA's boards of directors runs from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2012. During this time, CFFA will continue operating under its joint powers agreement and, most importantly, to continue assisting California's fairs with planning, design, bidding, contract management, construction management and project close-out services on a fee-for-service basis.
Construction Department Staff
Bryan Eubanks, the department's construction manager, brings 18 years of construction experience with CCA and California's fairs to the job. Amy Coleman-Casias, who was instrumental in helping CCA improve its internal accounting systems, continues as CFFA's accounting administrator. Rounding out the department's staff is project coordinator David Freese, another long-time CCA employee.

Please note: All existing contracts for fair projects, as well as all contracts with vendors, consultants and other service providers are valid and in place. In addition, all signed Use Agreements between CCA and the Photovoltaic Project fairs remain intact and valid. All loan payments must continue to be paid to CFFA.
